A soft tape measure is all you need. For the harness, chest girth is what counts; for the collar, neck girth. Weight is a guide, measuring is always more reliable.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 days, the time it takes to print the name patch. It is then delivered in 6 to 10 days. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

No. Taxes and import duties are already included in the price: you pay nothing on delivery, whatever your country.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's chest girth for the harness and neck girth for the collar, then check the size guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one. And if the size isn't right, we send you the right one.

What if I get the size wrong?

Wrong harness size, even with a patch? We send you the right size, and you keep the other one. Ask within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the harness on your dog (one exchange per order). The patch attaches with hook-and-loop: just move it to the new harness.

Can I return an item?

Unpersonalised, unused items can be returned within 14 days. The personalised patch with your dog's name can't be returned or refunded, except if faulty. A faulty item? Send us a photo: we replace it free of charge.
