Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on pippopets.com with Pippopets (see the legal notice). By placing an order, you accept these terms. They apply to consumers and business customers alike.
2. Products
We sell walking accessories for dogs: harnesses, leashes, collars, poop bag pouches, personalised patches and kits. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Before ordering, check your dog's size with the size guide.
3. Personalisation
The patch is printed with the name you enter when ordering. Please check the spelling before confirming: we print it exactly as entered. A personalised patch is made specially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is faulty or we made a mistake.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), or in your country's currency where available. They include taxes and, for our delivery countries, import duties. Shipping is free. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
5. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online when you order, using the payment methods offered at secure checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been accepted.
7. Delivery
We deliver free of charge to Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Orders ship within 2 to 3 working days, the time it takes to print the patch, and are usually delivered within 6 to 10 working days, with tracking. These times are estimates. If there is a significant delay, contact us: we will find a solution.
8. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind without giving a reason, except for personalised patches. The full conditions, the free size exchange and the return process are described in our returns policy. You can also use the Withdraw from contract here button.
9. Guarantee
Our products are covered by the statutory guarantee in your country, generally two years from delivery. If an item is faulty, send us a photo and your order number: we will replace it or refund you at no cost. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, such as a badly adjusted harness or use for anything other than walking.
10. Using the products
Our accessories are designed for walks. Never leave your dog unattended while wearing them, and regularly check the straps, buckles and seams. Replace any worn or damaged item.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
12. Personal data
We process your data only to handle your order and our relationship with you, as described in our privacy policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If there is a disagreement, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent court is determined by the statutory rules applicable to consumers.
