Personalisation
Your dog's name is printed in white on a black patch, with no letter limit: the print adapts to the length of the name. You receive one patch, attached with hook-and-loop on the side of your choice. It is printed to order, then shipped with the harness within 2 to 3 days.
Shipping and returns
Free shipping to our 12 delivery countries, taxes and import duties included: nothing to pay on delivery. Ships in 2 to 3 days, delivered in 6 to 10 days, with a tracking link.
Wrong harness size, even with a patch? We send you the right size, and you keep the other one. Ask within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the harness on your dog (one exchange per order). The patch attaches with hook-and-loop: just move it to the new harness.
Without personalisation, you have 14 days to change your mind. The personalised patch can't be returned or refunded, except if faulty. A faulty item? Send us a photo: we replace it free of charge.
